Dattsof are most often found living above ground in the foothills of the Perilous Peaks, near where they meet the Badlands. They believe that many foul creatures thrive in the badlands and have made it their duty to keep any of them from entering into the lands to the north.

This cultural beliefs among their people have led to them becoming a very stoic species. Many others who come into contact with them often find them to be cold and distant. As the Dattsof do not travel far from their homes, they live off the resources of the land.

As a whole, the Dattsof people worship Scintiliam god of light. They believe that Greyskrulls and the other creatures inhabiting the Badlands are filled with a pure darkness.
